Rates and Charges
Rates are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Rates may change without prior notice; however confirmed bookings will be honored. Additional fees apply for extra persons, beds, meals, activities, or services not included in the confirmed rate.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Payment and Identification
The full balance of the booking is due upon check-in. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
Child and Extra Person Policy
A maximum of 2 children aged 11 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing existing bed(s) with parents or legal guardians.
Children aged 0-4 years old are entitled to complimentary accommodation, breakfast and transfers
Children aged 5-11 years old are entitled to complimentary accommodation and transfers, with 50% off breakfast.
“Free accommodation” applies only when children share existing bed(s) with parents or guardians and no extra bed is requested.
Requests for extra beds are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults, and an extra person or extra bed fee applies where applicable.
Parking and Resort Use
Complimentary parking is available on the property. The resort is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Amarela may host private events or functions; any impact on common areas will be communicated in advance.
Modification & Cancellation
Low & High Season: Changes or cancellations made within 14 days before check-in incur one night charge.
Peak Season: Changes or cancellations made within 30 days before check-in incur one-night charge.
No Show or Shortened Stay: 100% of total booking amount will be charged.
Liability & Force Majeure
The resort shall not held liable for loss, damage, injury, or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; valuables should be kept secure at all times.
Data Privacy
Personal information collected is used solely for reservation processing and guest services, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
Responsible Tourism
In cooperation with ECPAT Philippines, Amarela actively supports the prevention of child exploitation. The resort reserves the right to request valid identification, proof of filiation or guardian authorization in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
